# EnvFileOptions

Options for the `.env` loader, matching the dotenv `config()` options of the same name.
For debug output, use `Envapter.debug` (or the `ENVAPT_DEBUG` env var).

## Properties

| Property | Type | Description |
| ------ | ------ | ------ |
|  `encoding?` | `string` | Encoding for reading .env files. Defaults to 'utf8'. |
|  `override?` | `boolean` | When `true`, each file's values replace earlier files' values and values already in `process.env` for envapt's reads. `process.env` itself changes only with `syncProcessEnv`. With the default `false`, the first value for each key stays. |
