EnvFileOptions

Options for the .env loader, matching the dotenv config() options of the same name. For debug output, use Envapter.debug (or the ENVAPT_DEBUG env var).

Property	Type	Description
`encoding?`	`string`	Encoding for reading .env files. Defaults to 'utf8'.
`override?`	`boolean`	When `true`, each file's values replace earlier files' values and values already in `process.env` for envapt's reads. `process.env` itself changes only with `syncProcessEnv`. With the default `false`, the first value for each key stays.
